Legal Advisor. Graduated as a lawyer from Universidad de Lima. PhD in Law and Political Science, and Master in Civil and Commercial Law, Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Master of Laws (LLM) from The London School of Economics and Political Science. He is the author of the books “El Siniestro en el Seguro de la Responsabilidad Civil” (The Loss in Civil Liability Insurance) and “Protección del Consumidor de Seguros en el Perú” (Insurance Consumer Protection in Peru). He is an expert in Insurance Law, having 35 years of experience in the field. He is a university professor, Arbitrator of Law, promoter and co-author of the Peruvian Insurance Contract Law.
