Joyce Uriol Quiroz

Lawyer graduated of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, where she ranked in the top 10% of her class, she has over three years of experience in corporate, financial, and civil law, with a focus on contract structuring, corporate transactions, financing, and asset securitization.

She has advised on the formation and reorganization of companies, the drafting and negotiation of civil and commercial contracts, securities offerings, and the structuring of trusts. She has experience working in law firms and companies in the financial sector, as well as in the management of litigation and arbitration proceedings.
