Graduated as a Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, holds a Master’s Degree in Social Law and Human Resources Management from the Université Catholique de Lille – France and a Master’s Degree in Administration (MBA) from the Universidad ESAN. More than fifteen years of experience in advising on labor issues, specializing in Labor Law, Labor Tax Law, Social Security and Immigration Law.
